Resources
Welcome to my therapy library.
Whether you're looking for support today or gathering tools for your personal growth, these guides are here to walk alongside you and your community on the journey toward mental wellness. Each resource is designed to be clear, approachable, and sometimes even a little playful. I believe that healing doesn't always have to be so serious. Feel free to download, share, and connect with whatever resonates. Everything here is free and created with care.
Feeling overwhelmed and need to talk to someone now?
Winning at life. 1 square at a time.
HOW IT WORKS
Therapist or client can play this together.
Download the bingo card.
Each week/session, mark squares based on progress in therapy until they get 3 in a row
Can be done in a single session or over multiple sessions.
Can use stickers, check marks, or little gems as markers each week.
Have fun and feel better!
The Thought Monster Detective Tool is a playful, therapeutic activity to help kids identify and challenge negative looping thoughts by turning them into silly “thought monsters” they can investigate.
Using curiosity, creativity, and compassion, children become thought detectives that learn to spot unhelpful patterns, understand where their thoughts come from, and respond with kinder, more empowering inner dialogue. It’s a fun and effective way to build emotional awareness, self-compassion, and resilience.
